Vulnerable Sector Check

The following outlines important information regarding changes to the Security Clearance  process
 
You are required to apply for an Police Check if you are a team official (Coach, Aassistant Coach and Manager) by emailing policechecks@calgaryminorsoftball.com to requrest a voucher.

Please review the following steps to ensure you are familiar with the Process:

1. Ensure that you have registered with one of the Calgary Minor Softball Clubs 
2. Members who live in Calgary, request a voucher or  letter for out of town team staff from Calgary Minor Softball to apply. policechecks@calgaryminorsoftball.com 
3. You will need two pieces of government issued ID to attach Once you have received notification from the CPS  that your application has been processed and completed, you must ‘share’ this information with Calgary Minor Softball via a pdf document.
4. If additional information is requested from CPS, the check will be considered incomplete until the required action has been taken. If you are required to provide additional information, please provide your CPS appointment time to policechecks@calgaryminorsoftball.com  to ensure that you can continue to coach.   Once the results are received, this information must  be provided to Calgary Minor Softball in pdf form.
